FERPA awareness is built into the workflow. Student media is handled securely, access is restricted, and all outputs belong to the school. We’re happy to sign a DPA or work within your district’s vendor requirements.

Only authorized school staff during review, and then the intended family on delivery. Videos are never posted publicly or indexed by search engines.

By default, assets are kept for a short revision window (30 days) and then deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

$3.25 per video for up to 249 videos, $3.00 for 250–499, and $2.75 for 500+. Template setup is free for your first school. Refer another school after your template is live and save $0.50 per video (up to 3 referrals).

No long-term contract. Most schools start with a single batch. Recurring plans are available if you want ongoing production each term.

Yes. Once your template is stable, you get direct platform access. Your staff can upload assets and get finished videos back without going through us.
